• Registering more than one account on the Platform, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
• Using any automated betting system, bot, script, algorithm, or software tool to place bets, interact with games, or use the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament on the Platform.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal sources, including fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting any software vulnerability, error, or loophole in the Platform's games or betting systems to obtain an unfair advantage, without reporting such vulnerabilities to sbg66 support immediately upon discovery.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sbg66 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising under contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses sustained during any technical fault or interruption, provided that sbg66 acts reasonably in voiding and re-settling affected bets where a fault is verified.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including the use of a weak password, sharing of credentials, or failure to log out from a shared device.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or services offered through it, where such interruption is beyond sbg66's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, power failures, internet service provider failures, or government-ordered restrictions.

sbg66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to engagement in any prohibited activity listed in Section 07.
• Failure to pass KYC identity verification within the required timeframe, or provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity in connection with the player's account or transactions.
• At the player's own request, including upon activation of a self-exclusion request submitted through the Platform or via customer support.

In the event of account closure initiated by sbg66 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance after deduction of all bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity may, at sbg66's sole discretion, be returned to the player via the last verified payment method on record. sbg66 is under no obligation to return funds where the closure is the direct result of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
